Getting Started
The first step in this process is for a member of our team to understand the advice you need and determine if they think it is (a) covered and (b) has merits. If the answer to both of these is yes they will discuss with one of our subject matter experts who provided they agree will then refer the matter to the insurer to confirm that cover is in place. We will then arrange advice either through ourselves or a nominated firm. Until that has happened you are not a client of OCL or the nominated firm and all of our obligations are to the insurer.
Contract Disputes
If you’ve purchased or hired goods or services for personal use and something goes wrong, our solicitors can assist you. Support includes pursuing claims arising from faulty products, poor workmanship, or breaches of consumer contracts.
